Brand Designer

We’re a well-knit digital design studio working with products, brands and (no-)code.

Founders come to us because we help them define, build and scale their MVPs. That means we gotta think beyond eye-candy (though we love pretty gradients too).

You’re free to do the job your way, but the team is there for you. Doesn’t matter if you’re just in a pickle or need a real talk about your career — there’s always folks happy to give you a hand.

Your day-to-day

• Conducting client workshops
• Planning your projects based on our design process
• Designing visual identity systems
• Being the point of contact between tonik and your clients
• Presenting and getting a ‘yes!’ to your ideas
• Educating your clients on brand design & systemic approach
• Updating your clients about the progress
• Collaborating with product and web designers
• Joining internal meetings, sharing knowledge and feedback
• Having an opinion about what’s happening at tonik

It’s a match if you’re like this

• At least 3 years of experience in branding (digital and print)
• Experienced in creating visual identity systems & able to follow the brand strategy
• Good at running workshops and conducting research
• Ability to design within a large range of aesthetics. Experience with brand design for digital product companies / startups would be a plus
• Knowledge of basic animation principles would be a plus
• Sweat over the juicy details
• In for teamwork and occasional mentorship
• Organizing your work with a little or no help
• Ready to work in EU time zones, with occasional calls in the evening with our American folks (ET/PT)
• Fluent in both English and Polish
