BMC Helix ITSM Architect - Remote (h/f)

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced BMC Helix ITSM Architect to join a global enterprise project. You will be responsible for defining the target ITSM architecture and platform strategy while working within a collaborative international team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current ITSM and BMC Helix estate, identifying technical debt, process gaps, and data quality issues.
• Define a pragmatic, scalable target architecture and a prioritized roadmap for the platform.
• Establish the CMDB strategy, ownership, and governance model.
• Review existing integrations and set target integration principles for the organization.
• Identify high-value automation and AI opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the transition away from an outgoing supplier and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of BMC Helix and ITSM architecture with experience in complex, legacy environments.
• Strong background in CMDB design and population strategy, including BMC Discovery.
• Proven expertise in systems integration, environment strategy, and ITSM governance.
• Experience in BMC license analysis and supporting renewal discussions.
• Demonstrated success in ITSM automation, shift-left initiatives, and AI use cases.
• Fluent English communication skills, with a strategic and pragmatic mindset.
