Bloom Live Facilitator | Freelance/ Contractor Role

Bloom is on a mission to make exceptional professional development accessible at scale through Bloom Live, a series of highly interactive, 45-minute live learning experiences. We are looking for exceptional facilitators to bring these sessions to life, blending coaching, facilitation, and practical leadership development to create memorable experiences for thousands of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Transform provided learning designs and frameworks into engaging, high-energy experiences.
• Facilitate discussions and interview senior leaders in a conversational, human-centric style.
• Respond to audience interaction in real-time to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Deliver sessions that feel more like live television than traditional webinars.

Requirements

• Minimum ICF ACC or equivalent coaching qualification.
• Proven leadership or management experience from your professional career.
• Extensive experience facilitating workshops, webinars, or large-group learning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences without relying on slides.
• Confidence using virtual platforms and digital technology to deliver high-quality sessions.
