Blockchain Expansion Manager (100% remote)

Tether is a global leader in digital finance, pioneering the use of reserve-backed tokens to enable instant, secure, and global transactions. We are currently seeking a Blockchain Expansion Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and manage high-impact relationships within our blockchain partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Design and execute growth projects in collaboration with partners to drive the adoption of Tether assets through real-world use cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, and marketing teams.
• Track, manage, and report on project progress and effectiveness to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency and project structure while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Strong track record of managing strategic growth projects from concept through to successful execution.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.
