Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the biotech robotics domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from initial prototype to final production.
• Architect scalable technical solutions and drive critical project milestones to position the department for rapid growth and future institutional backing.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in robotics or biotech with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively within a global team.
