Key responsibilities

• Position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities to attract institutional backing.

• Proven domain expertise in biotech with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
