Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the biotech domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps to drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and manage critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential institutional spin-off.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in biotech with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
