Biology Expert

micro1 is seeking a Biology Expert to contribute to an innovative project focused on advancing AI-driven solutions within the life sciences sector. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your deep domain knowledge to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they learn and reason with high-quality, real-world biological data.

Key responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and provide expert feedback on diverse biological datasets and educational content.
• Author, evaluate, and edit laboratory reports, research papers, and field study narratives to ensure scientific accuracy.
• Develop and refine prompts and data inputs to guide AI model understanding of complex biological concepts.
• Identify knowledge gaps in model-generated outputs and provide precise corrections.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to maintain high standards of scientific rigor.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in authoring laboratory reports, peer-reviewed research papers, or field studies.
• Strong command of scientific writing with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting biological data from experimental or literature sources.
