BIM Engineer (Buildings)

Sweco Design Center Poland is an internal design hub within the Sweco Group, providing expert engineering and architectural services for international projects. We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team and contribute to sustainable construction projects across Europe, focusing on residential, commercial, and public infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing general arrangement drawings, 3D models, and detailed documentation for civil structures across all project stages.
• Leading the development and implementation of BIM processes tailored to specific construction requirements.
• Collaborating on digital initiatives, including parametric design, task automation, and digital twin technologies.
• Interpreting complex engineering solutions based on initial sketches and concept drawings.
• Identifying and implementing workflow improvements to increase overall project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM drafting and modelling within the construction industry.
• High proficiency in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with generative design, optimization techniques, or task automation.
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
