BIM Coordinator

Sweco Design Center Poland is an internal design hub within the Sweco Group, providing expert engineering and architectural services for international projects. We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team and contribute to sustainable infrastructure and construction projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM and ICT solutions across architectural, structural, HVAC, and electrical disciplines.
• Prepare and maintain BIM drawings, technical documentation, and document registers.
• Review multidisciplinary BIM models, identify clashes, verify quality, and support issue resolution.
• Manage model and document exchanges, revisions, and issue tracking using BIM platforms.
• Ensure all ICT solutions comply with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in BIM coordination, ranging from 2 to 10 years.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for preparing and coordinating BIM/ICT drawings.
• Solid knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, and document control processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with fluent English.
