Bilingual STEM PhD - AI Safety

We are currently seeking a Bilingual STEM Expert with a PhD to contribute to critical AI safety initiatives, focusing on high-level scientific accuracy and responsible model behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Polish covering specialized scientific topics.
• Evaluate and annotate AI model responses to ensure scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and safety.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify complex prompts and technical conversations.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure models handle specialized technical topics in Polish safely.
• Work independently and asynchronously to maintain high standards of model performance and safety.

Requirements

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related scientific field.
• Native or near-native fluency in Polish and business-level proficiency in written English.
• Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques.
• Sound judgment regarding scientific safety and the responsible handling of sensitive information.
• Demonstrated depth in a specific subfield such as organic synthesis or molecular biology.
