Bilingual Polish Specialist - Fully Remote | Upto $44/hr Part-time

Mercor is a San Francisco-based company that connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Polish Generalist Expert to contribute to our AI safety initiatives by evaluating and strengthening AI models in the Polish language.

Key responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Polish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations accurately.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns while documenting the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Work independently and asynchronously to evaluate AI model performance on sensitive topics.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Polish and business-level written English.
• A Bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• Strong written reasoning skills and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment regarding sensitive and dual-use information.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing is highly preferred.
