In this role, you will apply your professional knowledge to help train next-generation AI models, ensuring they learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards.
- Develop and review data sets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations for AI system training.
- Craft detailed written feedback and verbal insights to refine AI responses in contexts such as clinical scenarios and therapeutic dialogues.
- Identify potential biases or inaccuracies within AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI model training processes.
Requirements
- Completed Ph.D in Psychology or MD with completed psychiatry residency.
- Native proficiency in one of the specified languages, plus advanced English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education in psychology or psychiatry.
- Strong analytical and evaluative skills to assess psychological data and narrative content.
