Bilingual Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to analyze business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while drafting detailed user stories.
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications to improve operational efficiency.
• Create test case scenarios and provide comprehensive support during QA, UAT, and release phases.
• Mentor other analysts and oversee project documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for health insurance or insurtech backgrounds.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this position.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum, epics, and sprints.
• Solid business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and facilitation.
