Big Data Innovation Product Manager

Kyivstar is seeking a Big Data Innovation Product Manager to lead an innovation team focused on discovering and validating next-generation data products. You will identify market opportunities, conduct customer discovery, and transform promising ideas into scalable product concepts by working at the intersection of AI, data, and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery activities to identify new market opportunities and solve complex customer problems.
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to validate business hypotheses and needs.
• Design, launch, and evaluate prototypes and MVPs to assess commercial potential and feasibility.
• Analyze customer feedback and business metrics to make evidence-based product decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and UX teams to foster a culture of rapid learning and innovation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Big Data, AI/ML, or data-driven B2B products.
• Strong understanding of Lean Startup and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in validating hypotheses and running product experiments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
