BI Consultant / Developer (B2B)

Data Courage is an international technology company specializing in Business Intelligence, data, and AI. We are looking for a BI Consultant/Developer who can own projects end-to-end, from gathering business requirements to delivering reliable reporting and data solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical scope.
• Work with ETL processes, primarily based on Microsoft ERP systems, and manage pipeline refactoring.
• Design robust semantic models and build comprehensive reports using Power BI, Excel, and Paginated Reports.
• Independently diagnose and resolve performance or data issues across the entire technical stack.
• Develop Proof of Concepts, recommend optimal architectures, and identify opportunities for cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in BI, data engineering, or data modeling.
• Solid proficiency in SQL Server and Python.
• Strong understanding of semantic and dimensional modeling techniques.
• Proven experience in Power BI and Excel reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing conversations.
• A self-sufficient, proactive approach to problem-solving and technical challenges.
