BI Architect / Transformation Consultant (Tableau-to-Power BI Migration)

YOUR ITEAMS is seeking a skilled BI Architect and Transformation Consultant to lead a strategic migration project from Tableau to Power BI. You will be responsible for designing scalable analytics architectures and delivering modern reporting solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive migration roadmap and execute the transition from Tableau to Power BI.
• Design robust data models, dataflows, and dashboard structures to support operational performance analysis.
• Translate complex business requirements into resilient analytical solutions and actionable visualizations.
• Ensure data integrity throughout the migration process using SQL, Python, and Power BI tools.
• Provide training and enablement to internal teams to ensure the long-term sustainability of reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in migrating large-scale reporting environments from Tableau to Power BI.
• Strong technical expertise in relational databases and SQL with a focus on processing large data volumes.
• Extensive hands-on development experience with both Tableau and Power BI platforms.
• German language proficiency at CEFR level C1 or C2.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
