BI Analyst

Sporty Group is looking for a dedicated BI Analyst to join our team and help drive core business decisions through data-driven insights. In this role, you will work with petabytes of data, creating impactful dashboards and reports that support product managers, traders, and executives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Design, define, and monitor core business KPIs to evaluate product and operational performance.
• Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to translate business questions into structured data analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable self-service analytics.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by validating datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar data-driven role.
• Strong experience working with KPIs and OKRs.
• Excellent working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python.
• Strong knowledge of ETL data pipelines, relational databases, and data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
