This role focuses on providing expert functional guidance regarding the Basware platform and invoice booking workflows, helping stakeholders navigate system capabilities and standard functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for the Basware platform and invoice booking process.
• Provide guidance on standard Basware functionalities and industry best practices.
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, limitations, and potential solution approaches.
• Support discussions related to process improvements and system-related requirements.
• Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure effective use of Basware functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with the Basware platform in a functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of invoice booking and accounts payable processes.
• Good knowledge of standard Basware features and available configuration possibilities.
• Ability to explain system capabilities and limitations to business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
