If you’re a with extensive experience in banking who loves Node.js, banking system integrations, and AI-enhanced development tools, we’d love you to join our team and guide the creation of next-generation AI-powered financial solutions.

What you ll do as a Backend Tech Lead

• with Claude Code, Cursor/Windsurf, and any ingenious tools you bring to the team.
• Code smarter and ship faster
• robust banking APIs, financial microservices, and secure server architectures in Node.js.
• Design and build , with your feedback and features feeding directly into the product roadmap.
• Develop our AI-native platform for developers
• with frontend developers, designers, PMs, and engineers across Poland and Saudi Arabia on multiple ventures simultaneously.
• Collaborate remotely : architect, implement, optimize, monitor, and scale.
• Own the backend lifecycle in banking API design, financial data security, compliance, and DevOps automation.

You might be a good fit if you

• Have building production Node.js applications, including banking system integrations, payment processing, or financial APIs.
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Are (ISO 20022, SWIFT, Open Banking APIs), payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen), and financial data formats.
• fluent with banking protocols
• Have proven experience with , PCI DSS compliance, financial transaction processing, and regulatory requirements (PSD2, GDPR).
• core banking integrations
• Are experienced with (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), (AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern backend architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven systems).

• Understand and can design secure systems that handle high-volume transactions and sensitive financial data.

• Have hands-on experience with in fintech environments and a strong understanding of financial industry security standards.

• Have already experimented with or other AI pair-programming tools - and can’t imagine coding without them.

• Master , secure coding practices, encryption, fraud detection systems, and financial data validation.
