The Role

We are looking for Backend Engineers (Mid and Senior) to help build and scale the next generation of Oracle infrastructure powering leading blockchain applications. In this role, you will work on distributed systems responsible for delivering reliable, secure and low-latency data across multiple blockchain ecosystems. You will join a team of 50 professionals, including nearly 30 engineers, the majority of whom are senior developers. Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate closely with our Poland-based engineering team to build infrastructure used by some of the largest protocols in DeFi, RWAs and institutional blockchain.

• Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript (Node.js), Go, Rust

• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch), GCP, Docker, Terraform

• Databases & Monitoring: MongoDB, InfluxDB, Grafana

• Blockchain: Solidity

• DevOps: GitHub Actions

Experience with our technology stack is a plus, but it's not a requirement. What matters most for this role is strong commercial backend engineering experience and solid software engineering fundamentals. If you have a proven backend background, we encourage you to apply, even if you haven't worked with our specific technologies before.

Responsibilities

• Implement data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines

• Participate in protocol design and optimization processes

• Deploy and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and reliability

Requirements

• Strong commercial backend development experience

• Experience designing and building scalable software

• Ability to write clean, maintainable and secure code

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivered solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience building distributed systems

• Experience with blockchain technologies or DeFi

• Experience running blockchain nodes

• Knowledge of modular blockchain architecture (rollups, sidechains, etc.)

• Participation in programming competitions or hackathons

Experience with blockchain, DeFi or Web3 is not required. We welcome experienced backend engineers from other domains who are interested in blockchain technology and eager to expand their expertise.

What We Offer

• Competitive B2B compensation (or umowa zlecenie/mandate contract)

  • Mid Backend Engineer: 20,000–30,000 PLN/month

  • Senior Backend Engineer: 30,000–40,000 PLN/month

• Token allocation after 3 months of cooperation

• Fully remote work, with the option to work from our office in the center of Warsaw
