Backend Software Engineer - AI Finance Agent

We are currently seeking a talented Backend Software Engineer to join our global team and build the core infrastructure for our innovative AI Finance Agent.

Key responsibilities

• Build robust backend services, APIs, and workflows for our AI-driven neobanking application.
• Design reliable systems for user accounts, financial transactions, partner integrations, and operational notifications.
• Collaborate closely with product and mobile teams to ship high-quality, customer-facing financial journeys.
• Integrate with diverse partners, including banks, payment gateways, and insurance providers.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and security while maintaining compliance for regulated financial products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, database management, and production-level debugging.
• Proven track record of building scalable services and integrating complex third-party systems.
• Ability to make practical trade-offs between development speed, code quality, and operational risk.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services is considered a significant advantage.
