Backend Developer

emagine Polska is looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join a mature, high-performing team dedicated to building modern, distributed solutions within the banking sector. You will play a key role in designing scalable data pipelines and ensuring the reliability of critical systems using advanced cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build robust, distributed solutions leveraging native AWS services to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the resolution of incidents and bugs to maintain platform stability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, software engineers, and business analysts in a self-organizing Scrum environment.
• Maintain high standards of software quality and contribute to comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using .NET.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services, including Lambda, S3, SQS, Step Functions, and DynamoDB.
• Practical experience with CI/CD automation, GitHub Enterprise, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Previous experience working within the banking industry.
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
