Backend Developer (Django)

We are currently seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative marketing solutions used by global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Building and developing scalable applications using advanced Django techniques with a focus on high performance.
• Modernizing legacy codebases to improve overall stability, readability, and system efficiency.
• Working with the latest versions of libraries and frameworks to ensure our technology stack remains current.
• Writing clean, high-quality code in accordance with industry best practices.
• Collaborating with a team of tech enthusiasts to solve complex system-level challenges.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of practical experience working with the Django framework and strong knowledge of Celery.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Django, with the ability to utilize advanced features effectively.
• Proven experience in building and scaling complex web applications.
• Fluency in both English and Polish at a C1 level.
• Strong sense of ownership, independence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
