BackEnd Developer (C# / SQL)

We are currently looking for a Back End Developer who values clean, maintainable code and is eager to solve complex problems by digging into the root cause of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve application logic using C# with a focus on clarity and reliability.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data structures to support application features.
• Analyze and resolve issues across the full application flow, including APIs, data integrations, and monitoring.
• Deliver work in small, focused increments to ensure high-quality, reviewable pull requests.
• Collaborate closely with the team on technical decisions, keeping user outcomes at the center of every task.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in back-end development with C#.
• Strong SQL skills and solid programming fundamentals.
• Ability to reason across the full application flow, including frontend, APIs, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
