Azure Solutions Architect

Happy Team is seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to support our major client, Royal Mail Group. Key responsibilities

• Design Azure infrastructure and define end-to-end solutions while collaborating with infrastructure teams.
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including Solution Architecture, Interface Control, and Microservices documents.
• Ensure solutions meet security guidelines by working closely with security teams and adhering to Azure Landing Zones and governance policies.
• Lead technical teams and facilitate solution approvals through architectural review processes.
• Utilize hands-on experience with Azure services to verify design decisions and provision necessary infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure services, including PaaS and IaaS.
• Strong understanding of security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and Managed Identities.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 minimum) and proven team leadership experience.
