Azure Integration Lead

Solita is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to take ownership of our internal integrations and help shape our Business Tech landscape. In this role, you will ensure that internal systems connect reliably, support business needs, and evolve in a scalable way while collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including ERP and CRM systems.
• Ensure that existing integrations are maintained, operate reliably, and meet defined service level agreements.
• Drive the development of new integrations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical experts.
• Contribute hands-on to development tasks, particularly using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and JavaScript.
• Define and implement best practices for how integrations are designed, built, maintained, and supported.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in integration development, coordination, or service management.
• Strong hands-on technical proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex business system environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Business-minded and pragmatic mindset focused on delivering value within available resources.
