Azure Cloud Operations & Application Support Specialist – L3/L4

RITS Group is a rapidly growing IT company providing high-quality software services for both domestic and international markets. We are currently looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Operations & Application Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the stability and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of the Azure dashboard and analyzing high-priority alerts to distinguish between critical infrastructure issues and false positives.
• Managing the identity and access lifecycle, including handling rotations of expiring secrets and certificates.
• Executing processes for environment provisioning, including setting up new subscriptions, resources, and repositories.
• Performing technical troubleshooting for network communication failures, API Management errors, and Application Gateway issues.
• Monitoring Azure subscription budgets and facilitating cost governance processes.
• Configuring SSO for Enterprise Applications and maintaining internal documentation for alert-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Microsoft Azure cloud operations and DevOps maintenance.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Portal, Key Vault, Application Gateway, and Storage Accounts.
• Practical knowledge of Entra ID, including App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, and SSO.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD processes, and MS Graph API.
• Working knowledge of Bash, Python, and Azure Monitor.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
