AWS DevOps Engineer

Productiv Team is looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team and help shape the deployment backbone of our distributed microservices platform. You will work closely with engineering teams and our central DevOps squad to build robust automation, infrastructure, and tooling that ensure software delivery is fast, safe, and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale CI/CD pipelines while automating infrastructure provisioning processes.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, focusing on availability, security, networking, and traffic management.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams, including managing Git workflows and database version control.
• Build and maintain observability tooling, including monitoring, logging, and dashboards to support incident response.
• Partner with development leads to unblock deployments and establish infrastructure standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles managing production microservices on Kubernetes.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Strong proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
