AWS Amazon Connect Engineer

Position Description:

As an AWS Amazon Connect Engineer, you will act as a key participant in analysis, development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in AWS Connect technology, an understanding of best practices, SDLC Scrum and Agile methodologies, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills. This role will require communication and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementations of changes in the environments. You will also have to share knowledge with the rest of the teams at a variety of levels, coach and mentor young members, troubleshoot issues and seize opportunities to develop enhancements and new service offerings.

• Mapping client (business) requirements to Amazon Connect solution
• Creating technical designs aligned with solution architecture
• Diagnose complex problems, propose and implement solutions adapted to customer needs
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert to client and team of developers / testers
• AWS Amazon Connect expertise.
• Certification as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified Developer – Associate
• Knowledge of other contact center solutions (e.g. Genesys)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-starter/Self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Critical creative thinking skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English
• Work from our office in Warsaw/Wroclaw/Torun/Cracow or in a remote model considering your individual preferences.
