Automation Test Engineer

Apreel is looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team and drive quality through advanced automation solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining scalable frameworks to ensure the reliability of our web, mobile, and API systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using Java Maven projects.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts with Selenium, Playwright, and Appium, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement BDD frameworks with Cucumber, including feature files, step definitions, and reusable components.
• Integrate automation suites into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps for continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects to ensure testability and quality early in the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation engineering.
• Strong Java programming skills and extensive experience with Maven-based automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and BDD practices using Cucumber.
• Solid experience in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments and SQL for backend data validation.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile teams with strong problem-solving skills.
