Automation QA Engineer (AQA)

IBA Poland is looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our international team. You will collaborate with internal and client-side teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through robust automated testing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web UI and API.
• Collaborate with developers and manual QA to define test strategy and coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyse test results, identify and report defects.
• Continuously improve test framework architecture and test stability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or TypeScript.
• Practical experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Solid experience with API testing using tools like REST Assured or Postman.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
