Ubiminds is seeking an experienced Automation & Performance Engineer to support our client in preparing AI-driven platforms for enterprise readiness. You will play a critical role in ensuring software quality and system performance by building robust automated test suites and conducting rigorous load testing for high-traffic paths.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines to ensure repeatable and reliable software delivery.
• Design and execute performance and load tests to identify latency and throughput bottlenecks.
• Develop test harnesses and data generators that adhere to platform-specific identity and account security rules.
• Analyze performance data and provide clear, evidence-based reports with actionable reproduction steps.

Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation using Python, with additional knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on expertise in performance and load testing tools such as k6, Locust, JMeter, or Gatling.
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows, specifically GitHub Actions, and containerization using Docker.
• Ability to analyze system performance and reason about latency in complex service architectures.
• Excellent written communication skills in English for technical reporting and team collaboration.
