Automation Engineer

Renewed Vision is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to lead the design and maintenance of our automated testing infrastructure. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating automated tests into our development workflows, mentoring team members on best practices, and ensuring that our testing processes are efficient, consistent, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and infrastructure.
• Integrate automated testing solutions directly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor the engineering team on automation best practices and technical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test efficiency and accurate reporting.
• Analyze and resolve root causes of test failures to maintain a clean signal.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
• Proven experience managing large-scale automated test suites.
• Deep understanding of the technological and cultural components required for successful automation rollouts.
• Ability to build automation for desktop application performance analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering cross-functional collaboration.
