Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Design and deploy intelligent workflows using tools like n8n to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with CRM, IT, and Machine Learning teams to integrate new technologies into existing operations.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of automations on lead times, error rates, and costs.
• Provide training and best practices to business teams to ensure smooth adoption of new automated workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within e-commerce.
• Strong technical proficiency with workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining business-critical workflows.
• Fluent English skills for effective communication in our international environment.
