Automation / QA Engineer (Embedded Systems)

emagine Polska is looking for a skilled Automation / QA Engineer to join their team and focus on the quality and reliability of embedded systems. This role is ideal for a mid-level to senior professional who excels in Python-based test automation and is comfortable working within a hardware-in-the-loop testing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated test cases using Python to ensure system integrity.
• Conduct hardware-in-the-loop testing to validate and verify system performance.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines within Jenkins to streamline development workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive testing requirements.
• Document testing processes and results to ensure full transparency and traceability.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python-based test automation using BDD frameworks.
• Practical experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing methodologies.
• Proven track record in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
• Familiarity with risk-based testing methodologies and tools like Jama.
• Knowledge of OCPP and ISO 15118 conformance testing is highly valued.
