Audio Transcription Specialist (Ukrainian language)

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a specialized field data collection company established in 2017, focusing on projects where automation is not yet possible. We are currently seeking an Audio Transcription Specialist to join our team and support the development of advanced speech recognition and conversational AI systems through high-quality data processing.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to recorded audio files in the target language and transcribe conversations with high accuracy.
• Follow specific formatting and transcription guidelines provided for each project.
• Review and correct transcription errors to ensure the highest quality of output.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials and data handled.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• B2 level proficiency in the target language.
• Strong listening skills and accurate typing capabilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
