Atlassian Specialist - Talent Pool

About the position

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues related to Atlassian systems, plugins, and scripts

• Define, analyze, and implement new technical solutions and projects

• Collaborate with users to automate and optimize business processes

• Create and modify reports, custom workflows, and dashboards

• Support users in leveraging Atlassian tools effectively

• Configure and maintain Atlassian applications and integrations

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements

• Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.

• Experience as an Atlassian Administrator

• Knowledge of popular Atlassian Marketplace apps and extensions

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and requirements

• Experience with workflow configuration, reporting, dashboards, and process automation within the Atlassian ecosystem
