Atlassian Solusion Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs within the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain
• Gather and refine requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis
• Model and document ITSM processes
• Translate business requirements into solutions using Jira Service Management
• Collaborate with the implementation team (consultants, administrators, developers)
• Participate in designing workflows, forms, and automations
• Prepare analytical documentation
• Support clients during implementation and workshops

Requirements

• Experience in business or systems analysis (approx. 1–2 years or strong junior potential)
• Basic knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management
• Basic familiarity with Jira or Jira Service Management
• Ability to gather and structure requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in Polish
• Good command of English (at least B2 level)
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn

Nice to have

• Experience in implementation projects
• Knowledge of BPMN / process modeling
• ITIL certifications or relevant training
• Experience working with IT teams
