Atlassian Engineer

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Atlassian Engineer to join our internal IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity, optimization, and strategic development of our Atlassian platforms, supporting a global user base of over 4000 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service continuity and keep Jira and Confluence platforms updated and optimized.
• Understand and implement business improvements while challenging user requests from functional and technical perspectives.
• Improve current technical customizations and propose a technical roadmap for instance enhancements.
• Develop and execute migration strategies for moving On-premises instances to the Cloud.
• Establish new internal standards and ensure compliance with best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Jira and Confluence administration, covering both Cloud and On-premises environments.
• Strong expertise in Jira administration best practices and proficiency with Scriptrunner.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in maintaining custom plug-ins and relevant Atlassian certifications are considered a plus.
