Atlassian Administrator

CoinsPaid Dev is an independent engineering brand dedicated to advancing blockchain infrastructure and internal process optimization. We are seeking a proactive Middle Atlassian Administrator to join our team and enhance our internal ecosystem through automation and efficient management of our Atlassian tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud.
• Design, develop, and maintain business process automations using tools like Jira Automation and n8n.
• Build and maintain integrations between Atlassian products, HRIS, Slack, and other internal systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that reduce manual work.
• Maintain technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Experience designing and implementing business process automations and working with Atlassian REST APIs.
• Practical programming experience in languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, or Java.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
