Associate Product Manager

Surfer is a leading AI Visibility Platform that empowers marketing teams to achieve high visibility across Google and AI-driven search engines. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our product team and help translate strategic vision into efficient, high-quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting detailed feature specifications, task descriptions, and comprehensive supporting documentation.
• Monitoring project statuses and ensuring clear communication of decisions across internal teams.
• Conducting thorough product, market, and competitive research to inform development.
• Gathering and organizing valuable feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating smaller product initiatives from inception to final delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a product-focused environment with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and gaps while providing actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Polish to facilitate effective collaboration.
