Associate Director, Digital Experience & AI Production

Iovance Biotherapeutics is a leader in innovating and delivering tumor infiltrating lymphocyte therapy for cancer patients. We are seeking an Associate Director of Digital Experience & AI Production to manage our external digital presence, leveraging AI to streamline production while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and approve AI-generated content and assets for regulated public websites.
• Build and manage a multi-site factory to launch and maintain clinical trial and corporate properties.
• Drive efficient publishing workflows and provide staging environments for cross-functional review.
• Own technical SEO, including structured data, crawlability, and performance monitoring.
• Bring digital production in-house to reduce agency dependency and improve operational speed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web production, digital operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools like Claude and design tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, structured data, and web performance metrics.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across Communications, Commercial, Regulatory, and IT.
• Experience working within regulated environments and familiarity with accessibility standards.
