Mindbeat is a mobile coaching platform dedicated to empowering employees at all levels to reach their highest potential. We are looking for an Associate Coach to join our remote team and help transform businesses by building thriving teams through personalized learning and professional coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality remote coaching sessions to a diverse range of clients across various industries and international markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Mindbeat team and fellow coaches to foster a sense of community and shared professional growth.
• Support coachees in their leadership transitions and hold them accountable for their commitments and development goals.
• Utilize the Mindbeat platform to deliver effective coaching while maintaining high standards of professional engagement.

Requirements

• Hold a valid ICF or EMCC certification.
• Possess a strong corporate background with previous experience in leadership positions.
• Maintain professional indemnity insurance.
• Demonstrate tech-savviness and a passion for coaching the whole person using modern digital tools.
• Ability to build authentic, humble, and strong relationships with clients.
