Associate Application Support Consultant - Dutch Speaker

Unit4 is looking for an Associate Application Support Consultant to join our team as a primary point of contact for customers. In this role, you will provide professional and efficient support for our software solutions, ensuring that customer inquiries and technical issues are resolved effectively while maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and progress customer support cases through to resolution, collaborating with internal teams and R&D as needed.
• Investigate, document, and process application defects reported by our user base.
• Handle customer escalations by taking ownership of complex issues and providing regular progress updates.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with company security requirements, business procedures, and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Dutch, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, IT infrastructure, and workplace processes.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
