As an Art Director, you will define what it means to be on-brand and build the visual language that allows brand identity to hold up at scale across every market and format.
Key responsibilities
- Translate a brand's visual identity into a living set of rules for light, layout, type, and imagery that can be followed faithfully at scale.
- Set the standard for all visual output and continuously elevate the quality of creative work.
- Review all outputs with a director's eye to ensure consistency and protect the integrity of the brand.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure creative intent is accurately translated into the platform.
- Collaborate with clients and brand teams to translate subjective feedback into specific, actionable creative directions.
Requirements
- An experienced Art Director with a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, content, and film with a clear point of view.
- Deep understanding of cinematography, including light, lens, color, mood, and framing.
- Proven experience working with large brands and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to transform vague strategic concepts into concrete, executable ideas for the team.
- Experience working with clients and brands based in Asia is considered a significant plus.
