Architect / Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Authorization Architect / Tech Lead with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management and a primary focus on authorization.

The role is focused on designing a common authorization layer across the platform, including authorization models for complex enterprise and industrial environments.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on authorization

• Experience designing authorization models for complex enterprise or industrial environments, including site-, department-, and equipment-level access structures

• Deep understanding of RBAC, ReBAC, ABAC, ACL / access control list models, and policy engines

• Experience with graph engines or graph-based authorization approaches

• Familiarity with authorization frameworks available on the market

• Experience with OAuth/OIDC and API Gateway or API Management concepts

• Strong technical leadership skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-native platforms

• Experience integrating or evaluating third-party authorization layers

• Experience in industrial, EHS, risk management, or regulated enterprise domains
