Arabic Language Manager

OKX is a leading global crypto exchange and the developer of the OKX Wallet, dedicated to providing millions of users with secure access to trading and decentralized applications. We are looking for an experienced Arabic Language Manager to join our Globalization team and own the end-to-end Arabic user experience, ensuring our product feels native and resonates with our local audience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead language quality initiatives, including localization reviews and UX testing to identify linguistic and cultural discrepancies.
• Apply and refine AI-assisted workflows, including LLM prompts and MT post-editing, to drive efficiency and terminology consistency.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to influence upstream decisions regarding RTL behavior and cultural appropriateness.
• Maintain Arabic translation assets, such as style guides and glossaries, to ensure they evolve with the product.
• Analyze content performance and user feedback to drive measurable improvements in acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English.
• Proven track record in Arabic translation, localization, or LQA, with experience leading projects from inception to completion.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools in localization workflows, including prompt design and AI output evaluation.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
