AR Accountant with Hungarian

We are currently seeking an AR Accountant with Hungarian to ensure accurate and reliable Accounts Receivable processes within our dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations and provide insights into month-to-month variances.
• Accurately apply cash to customer accounts and manage customer refunds.
• Execute monthly billing processes and resolve AR-related disputes.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and contact customers with delinquent accounts to secure payments.
• Identify recurring issues to support root cause analysis and collaborate with internal departments.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian.
• Proven experience working in an international environment and within SSC/BSC structures.
