Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade AI features, including LLM agents, prompts, and multi-step workflows.
• Develop tool-calling capabilities and integrate external services to enhance assistant functionality.
• Manage persistent memory, context, and RAG systems to ensure high-quality user interactions.
• Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve real-world system performance.
• Optimize inference for quality, latency, and cost while maintaining production reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and shipping LLM, agentic, or AI-powered systems.
• High proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of production reliability, evaluation metrics, and system latency.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Strong desire to take end-to-end ownership of technical and product development.
